When you collect your order, please bring proof of purchase and the card you have used for payment. Please note: We are unable to refund purchases made via the website in our stores.

Tracked Standard Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over (£175) and your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For orders under (£175), the standard delivery option is £4.95.

Our tracked Evri Next Day service is available on orders to most UK Mainland addresses placed before 5pm and is charged at £5.95. Alternatively, a service through FedEx is available. This service is charged at £5.95 and delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days. (Please note: working days exclude weekends).
